ZNF174 Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ ZNF174 Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the ZNF174 gene and is typically used for detecting ZNF174 rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in orange and green by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

Gene Summary
This gene encodes a protein with three Cys2-His2-type zinc fingers in the carboxy-terminus, a putative nuclear localization signal, and an amino-terminus SCAN box which forms homodimers. This protein is believed to function as a transcriptional repressor. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2016]
