XAGE5 Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ XAGE5 Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the XAGE5 gene and is typically used for detecting XAGE5 rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in orange and green by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

This gene is a member of the XAGE subfamily, which belongs to the GAGE family. The GAGE genes are expressed in a variety of tumors and in some fetal and reproductive tissues. The protein encoded by this gene shares a sequence similarity with other GAGE/PAGE proteins.
