USP44 Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ USP44 Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the USP44 gene and is typically used for detecting USP44 rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in green and orange by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

Gene Summary
The protein encoded by this gene is a protease that functions as a deubiquitinating enzyme. The encoded protein is thought to help regulate the spindle assembly checkpoint by preventing early anaphase onset. This protein specifically deubiquitinates CDC20, which stabilizes the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2016]
