TBC1D3L FISH Probe
The TBC1D3L FISH probe is designed to hybridize to the TBC1D3L gene and is primarily used for detecting amplifications and deletions associated with the gene. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe can be labeled in one of five colors. Each probe is sold in a 20 test kit (approximately 20 slides - 22x22 mm area) and includes hybridization buffer. Please note that due to design optimizations, prices are subject to change.

Gene Summary
This gene encodes a protein that is similar to TBC1 domain family, member 3. This protein contains a TBC (Tre-2, Bub2p, and Cdc16p) domain, which is found in proteins involved in RAB GTPase signaling and vesicle trafficking. There are multiple copies of this gene located within a cluster of chemokine genes on chromosome 17q. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2009]
