ST7L Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ ST7L Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the ST7L gene and is typically used for detecting ST7L rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in green and orange by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

Gene Summary
This gene was identified by its similarity to the ST7 tumor suppressor gene found in the chromosome 7q31 region. This gene is clustered in a tail-to-tail manner with the WNT2B gene in a chromosomal region known to be deleted and rearranged in a variety of cancers.
