SIAE Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ SIAE Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the SIAE gene and is typically used for detecting SIAE rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in green and orange by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

This gene encodes an enzyme which removes 9-O-acetylation modifications from sialic acids. Mutations in this gene are associated with susceptibility to autoimmune disease 6.
