RSPH10B2 FISH Probe
The RSPH10B2 FISH probe is designed to hybridize to the RSPH10B2 gene and is primarily used for detecting amplifications and deletions associated with the gene. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe can be labeled in one of five colors. Each probe is sold in a 20 test kit (approximately 20 slides - 22x22 mm area) and includes hybridization buffer. Please note that due to design optimizations, prices are subject to change.

Gene Summary
This gene encodes a protein component of the radial spoke head in flagella and motile cilia. Eukaryotic flagella and motile cilia share a common 9 + 2 structure, in which nine peripheral microtubule doublets (MTDs) surround a central-pair of microtubules (CP), with radial spokes connecting the MTDs to the CP. The radial spoke is a multi-protein complex that works as a mechanochemical transducer between the CP and the MTDs.
