PXN Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ PXN Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the PXN gene and is typically used for detecting PXN rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in green and orange by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.
