PEF1 Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ PEF1 Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the PEF1 gene and is typically used for detecting PEF1 rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in green and orange by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

The encoded protein has been shown to form a heterodimer with the programmed cell death 6 gene product and may modulate its function in Ca(2+) signaling.
