This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in orange and green by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

The protein encoded by this gene is involved in the passage of the 60S subunit through the nuclear pore complex and into the cytoplasm.
