JUN Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ JUN Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the JUN gene and is typically used for detecting JUN rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in green and orange by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

This gene is the putative transforming gene of avian sarcoma virus 17. It encodes a protein which is highly similar to the viral protein, and which interacts directly with specific target DNA sequences to regulate gene expression.
