HOXA11-AS Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ HOXA11-AS Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the HOXA11-AS gene and is typically used for detecting HOXA11-AS rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in green and orange by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

Gene Summary
This gene produces a long non-coding RNA in antisense to transcription of the homeobox A11 gene. This transcript may associate with chromatin factors such as Polycomb repressive complex and act as a sponge for microRNAs, thereby participating in the regulation of expression of target genes. High levels of this transcript may be associated with tumor progression. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2017]
