CG10535-PB FISH Probe
The CG10535-PB FISH probe is designed to hybridize to the CG10535-PB gene and is primarily used for detecting amplifications and deletions associated with the gene. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe can be labeled in one of five colors. Each probe is sold in a 20 test kit (approximately 20 slides - 22x22 mm area) and includes hybridization buffer. Please note that due to design optimizations, prices are subject to change.

Gene Summary
The protein encoded by this gene is a scaffold protein and a regulator for three different kinases involved in proinflammatory signaling. The encoded protein can bind NF-kappa-B-inducing kinase and I-kappa-B kinases through separate domains and assemble them into an active kinase complex. Mutations in this gene have been associated with familial dysautonomia. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016]
