CCDC85B Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ CCDC85B Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the CCDC85B gene and is typically used for detecting CCDC85B rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in orange and green by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

Gene Summary
Hepatitis delta virus (HDV) is a pathogenic human virus whose RNA genome and replication cycle resemble those of plant viroids. Delta-interacting protein A (DIPA), a cellular gene product, has been found to have homology to hepatitis delta virus antigen (HDAg). DIPA interacts with the viral antigen, HDAg, and can affect HDV replication in vitro. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
