B3GNT2 Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ B3GNT2 Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the B3GNT2 gene and is typically used for detecting B3GNT2 rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in orange and green by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

Gene Summary
This gene encodes a member of the beta-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase family. This enzyme is a type II transmembrane protein. It prefers the substrate of lacto-N-neotetraose, and is involved in the biosynthesis of poly-N-acetyllactosamine chains. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016]
