AGXT Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ AGXT Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the AGXT gene and is typically used for detecting AGXT rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in orange and green by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

This gene is expressed only in the liver and the encoded protein is localized mostly in the peroxisomes, where it is involved in glyoxylate detoxification.
