AB164466 FISH Probe
The AB164466 FISH probe is designed to hybridize to the AB164466 gene and is primarily used for detecting amplifications and deletions associated with the gene. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe can be labeled in one of five colors. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate a biologically active neuropeptide that plays a role in the regulation of circadian rhythm, anorexigenic action, antidiuretic action, cardiovascular function and stimulation of oxytocin and vasopressin release.
