ZMYM2-MPHOSPH8 Fusion FISH Probe
The ZMYM2-MPHOSPH8 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the ZMYM2 and MPHOSPH8 genes. The fusion of the ZMYM2 and MPHOSPH8 genes has been associated with Sarcoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

Translocation of this gene with the fibroblast growth factor receptor-1 gene (FGFR1) results in a fusion gene, which may be a cause of stem cell leukemia lymphoma syndrome (SCLL).
