WNK1-CCDC77 Fusion FISH Probe
The WNK1-CCDC77 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the WNK1 and CCDC77 genes. The fusion of the WNK1 and CCDC77 genes has been associated with Lung Adenocarcinoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The encoded protein may be a key regulator of blood pressure by controlling the transport of sodium and chloride ions. Mutations in this gene have been associated with pseudohypoaldosteronism type II and hereditary sensory neuropathy type II.
