WDHD1-DLGAP5 Fusion FISH Probe
The WDHD1-DLGAP5 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the WDHD1 and DLGAP5 genes. The fusion of the WDHD1 and DLGAP5 genes has been associated with Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma, and Skin Cutaneous Melanoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

HMG boxes are found in many eukaryotic proteins involved in chromatin assembly, transcription and replication. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
