The USP22-MYH10 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the USP22 and MYH10 genes. The fusion of the USP22 and MYH10 genes has been associated with Breast Invasive Carcinoma, Breast Invasive Carcinoma, Breast Invasive Carcinoma, Breast Invasive Carcinoma, and Breast Invasive Carcinoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

MYH10 Gene Summary
This gene encodes a member of the myosin superfamily. The protein represents a conventional non-muscle myosin; it should not be confused with the unconventional myosin-10 (MYO10). Myosins are actin-dependent motor proteins with diverse functions including regulation of cytokinesis, cell motility, and cell polarity. Mutations in this gene have been associated with May-Hegglin anomaly and developmental defects in brain and heart.
