The TRNAU1AP-PHACTR4 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the TRNAU1AP and PHACTR4 genes. The fusion of the TRNAU1AP and PHACTR4 genes has been associated with Breast Invasive Carcinoma.
