THEM4-DCST2 Fusion FISH Probe
The THEM4-DCST2 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the THEM4 and DCST2 genes. The fusion of the THEM4 and DCST2 genes has been associated with Breast Invasive Carcinoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

Protein kinase B (PKB) is a major downstream target of receptor tyrosine kinases that signal via phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase. Upon cell stimulation, PKB is translocated to the plasma membrane, where it is phosphorylated in the C-terminal regulatory domain.
