The ST7OT4-CAPZA2 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the ST7OT4 and CAPZA2 genes. The fusion of the ST7OT4 and CAPZA2 genes has been associated with Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Kidney Chromophobe, and Prostate Adenocarcinoma.
