The SMCHD1-NDC80 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the SMCHD1 and NDC80 genes. The fusion of the SMCHD1 and NDC80 genes has been associated with Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma, Lung Adenocarcinoma, Sarcoma, and Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma.
