SKI-CAPZB Fusion FISH Probe
The SKI-CAPZB Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the SKI and CAPZB genes. The fusion of the SKI and CAPZB genes has been associated with Sarcoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The capping protein is a heterodimeric actin capping protein that blocks actin filament assembly and disassembly at the fast growing (barbed) filament ends and functions in regulating actin filament dynamics as well as in stabilizing actin filament lengths in muscle and nonmuscle cells.
