The SHROOM3-FAM47E Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the SHROOM3 and FAM47E genes. The fusion of the SHROOM3 and FAM47E genes has been associated with Lung Adenocarcinoma, Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma, and Esophageal Carcinoma.
