SHPRH-NDUFS5 Fusion FISH Probe
The SHPRH-NDUFS5 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the SHPRH and NDUFS5 genes. The fusion of the SHPRH and NDUFS5 genes has been associated with Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma. The encoded protein is a subunit of the NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I), the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain located in the inner mitochondrial membrane.
