SDAD1-CXCL9 Fusion FISH Probe
The SDAD1-CXCL9 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the SDAD1 and CXCL9 genes. The fusion of the SDAD1 and CXCL9 genes has been associated with Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma And Endocervical Adenocarcinoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.
** This product is for in vitro and research use only. This product is not intended for diagnostic use. Please note that both genes fall on the same chromosome and inter-chromosomal detection may be difficult to detect depending on the genes proximity to one another. Please consult our support staff before ordering this product to ensure that the probe can be designed to meet your specific needs.

CXCL9 Gene Summary
This antimicrobial gene encodes a protein thought to be involved in T cell trafficking. The encoded protein binds to C-X-C motif chemokine 3 and is a chemoattractant for lymphocytes but not for neutrophils. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2014]
Gene Name: C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 9
Chromosome: CHR4: 76922622 -76928641
Locus: 4q21.1
SDAD1 Gene Summary
The SDA1 Domain Containing 1 (SDAD1) gene is located on chr4 :76871067-76912113 at 4q21.1.
