PDCL-NCS1 Fusion FISH Probe
The PDCL-NCS1 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the PDCL and NCS1 genes. The fusion of the PDCL and NCS1 genes has been associated with Testicular Germ Cell Tumors. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The protein shares extensive amino acid sequence homology with phosducin, a phosphoprotein expressed in retina and pineal gland.
