NPLOC4-PDE6G Fusion FISH Probe
The NPLOC4-PDE6G Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the NPLOC4 and PDE6G genes. The fusion of the NPLOC4 and PDE6G genes has been associated with Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma, and Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

It is also expressed in a variety of other tissues, and has been shown to regulate the c-Src protein kinase and G-protein-coupled receptor kinase 2.
