NES-UVRAG Fusion FISH Probe
The NES-UVRAG Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the NES and UVRAG genes. The fusion of the NES and UVRAG genes has been associated with Skin Cutaneous Melanoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The protein activates the Beclin1-PI(3)KC3 complex, promoting autophagy and suppressing the proliferation and tumorigenicity of human colon cancer cells.
