The NCS1-GPR107 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the NCS1 and GPR107 genes. The fusion of the NCS1 and GPR107 genes has been associated with Adrenocortical Carcinoma. The protein encoded by this gene regulates G protein-coupled receptor phosphorylation in a calcium-dependent manner and can substitute for calmodulin.
