LRP12-RIMS2 Fusion FISH Probe
The LRP12-RIMS2 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the LRP12 and RIMS2 genes. The fusion of the LRP12 and RIMS2 genes has been associated with Breast Invasive Carcinoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The encoded protein can also bind several other synaptic proteins, including UNC-13 homolog B, ELKS/Rab6-interacting/CAST family member 1, and synaptotagmin 1.
