JARID2-NEDD9 Fusion FISH Probe
The JARID2-NEDD9 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the JARID2 and NEDD9 genes. The fusion of the JARID2 and NEDD9 genes has been associated with Skin Cutaneous Melanoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

This protein interacts with the Polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2) which plays an essential role in regulating gene expression during embryonic development. This protein facilitates the recruitment of the PRC2 complex to target genes. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
