HLTF-WWTR1 Fusion FISH Probe
The HLTF-WWTR1 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the HLTF and WWTR1 genes. The fusion of the HLTF and WWTR1 genes has been associated with Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

This gene encodes a member of the SWI/SNF family. Members of this family have helicase and ATPase activities and are thought to regulate transcription of certain genes by altering the chromatin structure around those genes. The encoded protein contains a RING finger DNA binding motif. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
