FBXO42-SPATA21 Fusion FISH Probe
The FBXO42-SPATA21 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the FBXO42 and SPATA21 genes. The fusion of the FBXO42 and SPATA21 genes has been associated with Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma, and Uterine Carcinosarcoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

SCF complexes, formed by SKP1 (SKP1A; MIM 601434), cullin (see CUL1; MIM 603134), and F-box proteins, act as protein-ubiquitin ligases.
