ERLIN1-DOCK1 Fusion FISH Probe
The ERLIN1-DOCK1 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the ERLIN1 and DOCK1 genes. The fusion of the ERLIN1 and DOCK1 genes has been associated with Lymphoid Neoplasm Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The encoded protein regulates the small GTPase Rac, thereby influencing several biological processes, including phagocytosis and cell migration.
