DOCK7-INADL Fusion FISH Probe
The DOCK7-INADL Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the DOCK7 and INADL genes. The fusion of the DOCK7 and INADL genes has been associated with Breast Invasive Carcinoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The protein encoded by this gene is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that plays a role in axon formation and neuronal polarization. The encoded protein displays GEF activity toward RAC1 and RAC3 Rho small GTPases but not toward CDC42. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
