DOCK1-DPCD Fusion FISH Probe
The DOCK1-DPCD Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the DOCK1 and DPCD genes. The fusion of the DOCK1 and DPCD genes has been associated with Glioblastoma Multiforme. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The encoded protein regulates the small GTPase Rac, thereby influencing several biological processes, including phagocytosis and cell migration.
