DDR2-CHD1L Fusion FISH Probe
The DDR2-CHD1L Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the DDR2 and CHD1L genes. The fusion of the DDR2 and CHD1L genes has been associated with Sarcoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The encoded protein is a collagen-induced receptor that activates signal transduction pathways involved in cell adhesion, proliferation, and extracellular matrix remodeling. This protein is expressed in numerous cell types and may alos be involved in wound repair and regulate tumor growth and invasiveness.
