CRISPLD1-MSC Fusion FISH Probe
The CRISPLD1-MSC Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the CRISPLD1 and MSC genes. The fusion of the CRISPLD1 and MSC genes has been associated with Sarcoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

The protein encoded by this gene is a transcriptional repressor capable of binding an E-box element either as a homodimer or as a heterodimer with E2A in vitro. The encoded protein also forms heterodimers with E2A proteins in vivo. This protein is capable of inhibiting the transactivation capability of E47, an E2A protein, in mammalian cells.
