ARSG-CDK12 Fusion FISH Probe
The ARSG-CDK12 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the ARSG and CDK12 genes. The fusion of the ARSG and CDK12 genes has been associated with Breast Invasive Carcinoma. These probes are FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood in both interphase nuclei and metaphase spreads before shipment. Typical turnaround time for this product is 7-14 days after purchase.

They are involved in hormone biosynthesis, modulation of cell signaling, and degradation of macromolecules. This protein displays arylsulfatase activity at acidic pH, as is typical of lysosomal sulfatases, and has been shown to localize in the lysosomes.
