The NISH LAMBDA Light Chain Probe is a dual-probe in situ hybridization (ISH) reagent designed for the qualitative detection of lambda immunoglobulin light chain mRNA in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. Lambda light chain mRNA ISH is an established approach in immunology and B-cell biology research for characterizing immunoglobulin expression at the single-cell level within intact tissue. The NISH LAMBDA Probe enables high-sensitivity, chromogenic detection of lambda light chain transcripts with clear spatial resolution under brightfield microscopy. Powered by HCR™ Pro, the dual-probe format (LAMBDA A & B) provides signal amplification and robust target coverage. The probe is supplied ready-to-use in hybridization buffer and integrates with the NISH HRP Detection Kit and NISH DAB Kit on the NeoPath Pro Automated Stainer. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
