NISH HRP Detection Kit

The NISH HRP Detection Kit is a ready-to-use, HRP-based chromogenic detection system designed for use with all NISH Probe assays in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue in situ hybridization (ISH) applications. The kit utilizes horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme chemistry paired with 3,3'-diaminobenzidine (DAB) chromogen to produce a stable, localized brown precipitate at the site of probe-target hybridization. Through a multi-step amplification cascade, the system builds robust signal intensity while maintaining spatial specificity within tissue morphology, allowing clear interpretation under brightfield microscopy. The NISH HRP Detection Kit contains 7 pre-filled, ready-to-use reagent vials — including a Pre-Treatment Solution, Detection reagents 1–5, and Detection 6 (HRP) — eliminating the need for reconstitution, dilution, or titration. It is optimized for automated use on the NeoPath Pro Automated Stainer and must be paired with the NISH DAB Kit for complete signal development. For Research Use Only.
