The NeoPath Pro FISH PT Kit provides the key reagents for pre-treatment of FFPE tissue sections prior to automated FISH on the NeoPath Pro. The kit contains two ready-to-use vials of Clear Dewax for paraffin removal and two ready-to-use vials of Pepsin for enzymatic tissue digestion, improving probe accessibility. It also includes two empty ethanol vials that must be filled with ethanol as part of the protocol. These reagents together help ensure optimal hybridization and consistent FISH signal quality.
