The NISH HPV 11 Probe is an in situ hybridization (ISH) reagent for the qualitative detection of mRNA transcripts from human papillomavirus (HPV) type 11 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections.
HPV type 11 is a low-risk genotype frequently studied in the context of viral-related cellular changes in squamous epithelial tissue. The NISH HPV 11 Probe enables direct visualization of HPV 11 mRNA within preserved tissue architecture using chromogenic ISH, providing spatial context at the cellular level under brightfield microscopy.
