NISH AP Detection Kit

The NISH AP Detection Kit is a ready-to-use, alkaline phosphatase (AP)-based chromogenic detection system designed for use with NISH Probe assays in in situ hybridization (ISH) applications on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. This detection system uses AP enzyme chemistry in combination with Red chromogen (available separately as the NISH Red Kit, FR-KT-135-R-NP) to produce a stable, localized red precipitate at the site of probe-target hybridization. Through a sequential multi-step amplification cascade, the kit builds strong, specific signal while preserving tissue morphology for brightfield microscopy interpretation. The NISH AP Detection Kit contains 7 pre-filled, ready-to-use reagent vials — including NISH Pre-Treatment Solution, Detection reagents 1–5, and Detection 6 (AP) — requiring no reconstitution, mixing, dilution, or titration. It is optimized for automated use on the NeoPath Pro Automated Stainer. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
