The NISH HPV Low Risk Probe is a dual-probe in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed for the qualitative detection of mRNA transcripts from low-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes — specifically types 6, 11, 40, 42, 43, and 44 — in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. By targeting mRNA, this assay enables detection of active viral transcription at the tissue level, supporting research into low-risk HPV expression biology. The dual-probe format provides broad coverage across the low-risk genotype spectrum in a single ISH workflow. Powered by HCR™ Pro, the NISH HPV Low Risk Probe generates high-sensitivity chromogenic signal with low background. The probe is supplied ready-to-use and integrates with the NISH HRP and AP Detection Kit and NISH DAB or Red Kit on the NeoPath Pro Automated Stainer. For Research Use Only.
