The NISH KAPPA Light Chain Probe is a dual-probe in situ hybridization (ISH) reagent designed for the qualitative detection of kappa immunoglobulin light chain mRNA in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. Detection of kappa light chain mRNA by ISH is widely used in immunology research to characterize B-cell populations and assess immunoglobulin light chain expression at the cellular and tissue level. The NISH KAPPA Probe enables direct, spatially resolved visualization of kappa light chain transcripts within preserved tissue morphology under brightfield microscopy. Powered by HCR™ Pro, the dual-probe format (KAPPA A & B) provides signal amplification and robust target coverage. The probe is supplied ready-to-use in hybridization buffer and integrates with the NISH HRP Detection Kit and NISH DAB Kit on the NeoPath Pro Automated Stainer. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
